Brand New Hallmarked Sterling Silver Nurses Buckle with a Heart pattern. Our silver nurses buckles are hand made in Birmingham's famous jewellery quarter. After the first stage of the manufacturing process our silver nurses buckles are submitted to the Birmingham assay office where they are tested and hallmarked.  After the buckles have been through the final finishing stages they are packed in smart leatherette cases ready to be delivered.  Please read the fitting instructions located at the top of the Nurses Buckle page.
